We’re all here to build strong, long-term trade relationships among coin dealers, numismatists, and industry professionals! Checking references before a deal is standard professional courtesy that keeps our trading environment safe and comfortable for everyone. If you’re trading with a new member or dealer, feel free to ask for references or work together to find mutually agreeable terms.

Once a deal on a coin or numismatic lot is locked or an inquiry is made, keep communication active. Ghosting counterparties, delaying payment or shipment without agreement, or acting unprofessionally degrades trust and will result in warnings or bans.

Club administration does not manage logistics, facilitate payments, or serve as default escrow. All counterparty vetting, metal/purity testing, coin authentication, and reference checks are your sole responsibility prior to sending funds or shipping items.

Every listing must include a clear and accurate description: grading service and assigned grade (if slabbed), raw condition/grade assessment (e.g., Sheldon scale MS/AU/EF), year/mint mark, variety/attribution, metal purity and weight, surface details (patina, cleaning, planchet flaws), and included certificates or provenance. Vague posts or listings without clear high-resolution front (obverse) and back (reverse) photos or macro shots will be declined. If a coin received substantially differs from the description, the seller must accept a return.

Any confirmation of purchase or sale—whether made publicly in the comments ("Sold", "Mine", "Claimed", etc.) or privately via direct messages (DMs)—officially locks the deal within the club. Backing out, attempting to backchannel sell reserved coins for more money, or failing to honor agreed terms is prohibited and leads directly to removal from the club.

When posting a Want to Buy (WTB / ISO) request, clearly state your exact requirements (country, denomination, year/mint mark, target grade, variety, and budget). Creating WTB posts strictly to "fish" for market valuations or coin comps is not allowed—only post if you are actively prepared to make a purchase.

Offering your own coins or numismatic inventory for sale in the comments of another seller's For Sale (FS) listing is strictly prohibited. If you want to sell your inventory, create your own post.

Counterfeits, restrikes passed off as originals, altered date/mint marks, doctored slabs, or undisclosed cleaned/tooled coins are strictly banned. Only authentic numismatic items and coins are permitted in this club. Any replica, token, or contemporary counterfeit must be explicitly disclosed.

If running a coin auction, you must clearly state starting price, bid increments, and end time in advance. Both top bidder and seller are required to complete the trade on final terms. Canceling auction results without valid justification is grounds for immediate removal.

Client poaching, spamming, backing out of commitments, harvesting member data for external groups, or any attempt to scam will result in an immediate, permanent ban across all 999 platforms without exception.
